Hello All!
We are just posting a quick note to say that everything is the same here. We are spending time with our new daughter and still waiting for a court date. All the paperwork is complete we are heading to the court tomorrow morning to find out when the judge will see us. We are praying for a quick date. Once we know the date we will post it as NEWS!
This morning on the way to the orphanage we were in a car accident! Nothing to serious - we were just rear-ended. The metal bumper on the Lada took the hit pretty good. The other car had a plastic bumper - it wasn't as good! The other driver paid our driver $300.00 greevna (about $50.00 Canadian) and that was that! We are very fortunate that nobody was injured.
Hopefully we will have GOOD news tomorrow!
We have to admit that Mother Teresa Staff are great supportors of out blog! It is great to here from all of you so often. Of course we appreciate all the comments from our friends and family too!
It is four weeks ago from today that we left home.

Sorry I missed you this morning. We have been trying to connect with you but are having trouble getting a phone connection. We will keep trying though! Hopefully tomorrow brings the news we have all been waiting for! To bad that an accident in Saskatoon wasn't treated the same as the one you were in, that would be way to easy!!! Hi Guys its been awhile since I posted but when your not used to having kids running around all the time you really don't have time to yourself.It was nice having them and they were awesome even sleeping Grandma didn't have to get up in the middle of the nite.We are sorry to hear that things are going a little slow,we are hopin to hear good news from yous tomorrow.We are having another storm today,not like we need more snow.Our poker rally is on Sat.so the snowmobiliers will be happy.The kids are writing finals now and are heavy into broomball.Grandma had a big x ray done this morning she said it really played her out.She also commented that she is still very puffy so hopefully that starts to go away.Well I better go excited to hear some good news tomorrow from the Decks.Lots of Love.

hey guys!!! hang in there...like you have a choice right??? anyways, we have TONS of snow here-it's crazy! yesterday when i shovelled the snow was past my knees in spots! i had to do a quarter of it at a time! londyn is still crawling and getting into EVERYTHING-seriously, why were we looking forward to this stage??!! other than that, nothing else is really new here. hope to hear some good new soon. we miss you tons:)

Hi! I am glad that maybe tomorrow you will know when the court date is set. Four weeks - wow! Loook at all that happened in this time - a precious new daughter!! I know it must seem long but it is worth it! I agree with whoever said that Kaiden deserves more Disney movies!! It does show what great parents you are! Too bad about the car accident - make sure you guys are okay. Good luck tomorrow and obviously all of us at Mother Teresa School miss you!!!
Hi - I'm so happy that the day is finally arriving that you will find out your court date. We have so much snow I even took the Tacoma to work today...Nolan is so sweet he so anxiously has been plugging in my vehicle @school cause he has his ski pants on and doesn't want Eve to get full of snow!! Yes I am still his Eve. His new song is Wall E loves Eve and Eve loves Wall E!! He had his party on Sunday so everyday they are excited to get home and play new things each day! Dawson talks about you all the time - even converts our time to yours!! We're missing you lots - school just don't seem the same without you!! We are having Lisa's baby shower next week.. can't wait to meet your precious girl. We will be awaiting your NEWS!

I assumed there was no great news because you didn't post yesterday.Hopefully tomorrow our prayers will be answered. How long were you guys gone when you went to get Kaiden, 7 weeks? I am trying to compare your two journeys. Did Svetlana leave for her other appointment? If so, who is assisting you tomorrow when you have your meeting? Did you ever find out more about Kallie's habits? Soother?, bottle? Like everyone else has said the SNOW here is ridiculous!!!! Trevor and I are staying up many late nights playing Wii, it is very addicting. Glad to hear that nobody got hurt in the accident. How weird you just pay someone and that is that, strange!! We will be anxiously waiting to hear from you tomorrow, miss you all!!
Gosh, this waiting must be pretty hard. I only have about 335 days before I can go to Punta Cana again! I hope your court date is very soon! It is so slippery here and accidents are always on my mind. I think Jeff loves the snow because he gets to use his new snow blower.Wow, does our driveway look nice! The kids are being good at school, despite the indoor recesses. I am a bit tired already, but I think it's the rotten weather. Brenda and Vivian look great after their holidays, so tanned and rested. Some flu is going around the class, since at least two kids are missing everyday, headache, stuffy nose and sore stomache. I bet visiting with Kallie is the highlight of your day. Take care! Linda C.
I'm happy that you are posting so regularly even when you don't have news about a court date or anything yet. Sorry to hear about the accident. It's a good thing no one was hurt. There is SO much snow here and it is SO icy, we know of a few people who have been in accidents in the last couple of weeks. How's the movie watching going?
